CHICAGO, IL - CultureFactors, a research-focused consulting firm specializing in culture measurement, leadership assessment and change management solutions, announced the hiring of Dr. William H. Macey as Senior Research Fellow on February 6, 2017.
A well-known authority in the field of industrial-organizational psychology, Dr. Macey will conduct both applied and basic research to enhance CultureFactors’ thought leadership and product offerings. He will also consult with clients to assess their organizational culture and workforce potential, providing research-based insight on how to construct strategic change.
Dr. Macey has over 25 years of experience in consulting with organizations to design and implement scientifically valid and effective talent management programs. His clients have included more than a quarter of the current Fortune 100 companies and numerous global Fortune 500 corporations, including 3M, PepsiCo, AT&T, American Express, Eli Lilly, Ford and ConocoPhillips.
Prior to joining CultureFactors, Dr. Macey served as CEO at Valtera Corporation (formerly PRA), and most recently as Managing Director of the Global Research Office at CEB, an insight and advisory company.
Dr. Macey is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and sits on its Foundation’s Board of Trustees. He previously served as the organization’s President. He is also a Fellow of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the American Psychological Society (APS).
Dr. Macey has written extensively on the topics of climate, culture and employee engagement, including co-authoring Organizational Climate and Culture: An Introduction to Theory, Research and Practice in 2013.
